Also, that feeling
The structure of the body,
Change your swing.

Do you have any of these problems?
- I just can't do the movements that were taught in the lesson.
- My driving distance has decreased; I want to increase it.
- You feel pain in your lower back, upper back, elbow, or anywhere else in your body.
I'm starting to give up, thinking, "Well, it's just because I'm getting older, so there's nothing I can do about it."
Why is a strong physical foundation important?
Even if you are taught the correct swing,
You can't swing the club unless you have the physical foundation to embody that.
What is a foundation?
Flexibility, balance, stability, and alignment.
It's for a better swing.
When the foundation changes, the swing naturally changes as well.

Based on the world-standard golf fitness theory "TPI," we identify the areas that are limiting your swing.
What is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute)? It's the world's leading golf fitness theory, adopted by over 25 of the world's top professionals (among the top 30 in the world rankings). "There isn't one single correct swing. However, there is definitely a swing that is most efficient for each individual's body." Based on this philosophy, through 16 types of physical checks, it scientifically identifies how your body's "stiffness" and "muscle strength" are negatively impacting (braking) your swing. It's a world-standard diagnostic method that extracts distance and stability from the "structure of your body," rather than relying on willpower or intuitive instruction.
Treatment process
① Medical interview and examination
After the initial consultation, we will use TPI's physical assessment and manual examination to identify any limitations in your swing or any physical habits you may have.
② Counseling
Based on the examination results, we will inform you about the treatment and future plans.
③ Treatment
It improves the balance, flexibility, and ease of applying force to muscles, fascia, and joints .
④ Reassessment and self-care guidance
We will check the changes after the treatment and provide you with information on daily care you can do.
The Reason I Started Golf Massage Golf was a time I spent with my father. We didn't particularly talk much. But on Sundays, he would take me to the driving range. I also went to the course. When I came home, my mother would ask, with a somewhat happy expression, "How was it?" I also grew closer to my older brother, who is 14 years older than me, through golf. My brother had always had a weak back, and sometimes he would suffer a sudden back injury the day before a round. I treated him many times. Gradually, we began to talk more. I myself am not that deeply involved in golf. But I really love the moment when someone I've treated smiles and says, "I was able to swing well even though I hadn't practiced." I believe golf is a sport where your body is honest. That's why I'm certain that by adjusting your body, you can definitely change. That conviction is the reason I started golf massage.
