What is the flow of the treatment? During the first session, we will thoroughly check your physical condition and identify the root cause of your condition and areas for improvement. We will then explain the future direction and begin the treatment. We will also provide advice and self-care depending on your wishes and condition.

What kind of treatment do you provide? We provide treatment in the most appropriate way depending on the patient's physical condition. We use special rollers to gently loosen deep stiffness and adhesions in the muscles and surrounding tissues that cannot be removed by hand, and if necessary, we also carefully adjust them by hand. We also apply pressure to soften stiff joints and stabilize joints that are too loose, helping to balance the entire body. Finally, we incorporate our own unique exercise therapy, allowing you to use your own strength to maintain your best condition.

What is the purpose of bridal chiropractic? ・Improve posture ・Beautiful back ・Tighten face and body We will prepare you to look even more beautiful on your special day.

Do you provide postnatal care and pelvic adjustments? Yes, we do. In Japan, I used to provide treatment near a midwifery clinic, so I have cared for many people with postnatal discomfort. After giving birth, in addition to the loosening of the pelvis, physical damage, and hormonal influences, the burden of childcare also comes into play. This is a time when lower back pain, stiff shoulders, trigger finger, tendonitis, etc. are likely to appear. We will support your recovery through gentle treatments and self-care that do not put strain on the body. Please feel free to consult us.

Do you hear any crackling sounds or do you feel any pain? Generally, we do not use strong force during treatment. We use force to approach the joints so as not to irritate them too much, which should give you a sense of comfort and security. In Japan, we have treated a wide range of patients, from infants to people in their 90s, so we can safely treat anyone.

What kind of clothes should I wear? As long as you are comfortable and able to move around, that is fine. If you have pain in your knee or foot, we may need to check the affected area, so it would be appreciated if you could show it.

How much treatment space do I need? As long as you can lay out a yoga mat and have some space around it, that's fine. If you'd like to use a flat, hard sofa or bed, that's fine too.

Can you travel to distant locations? Yes, we can. If travel time of more than an hour is required or the trip is across borders, we may ask for two or more people to assist and charge a fee according to the distance traveled. We will try to be as flexible as possible.

Is insurance applicable? Unfortunately, we do not accept Dutch medical insurance. All procedures are at your own expense, but in return we aim to provide careful and flexible support tailored to each individual's situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
